Meta is data about the web page, it tells the search engines what the page is about, so keep the the meta tag description filled with relevant keywords.

4) Alt attribute of Image tag
Do not leave the alt attribute of img tag empty, search engines cannot see the images but they can read the img tag's attributes, so use the relevant keywords in alt attribute of the image tag.

5) Do not resort to spamming
Spamming is unnecessary stuffing of keywords. You may be penalized by search engines if you unnecessarily use keywords in the content of your site

6) Keyword relevance
The keywords you use must be relevant to the content of your site, otherwise the search engine may treat it as spam.

7) Do not use long URLs

9) Use different title tags for different pages in your site, the title tags must be relevant to the content of the website

10) Headings of your web pages are also important

11) Rewrite URLs to contain keywords, use hyphens in place of underscores.

12) Submit your site to various web directories and reference sites

13) Ask other high-quality websites to link to your website
